ArtHomes is the art of living. The ArtHomes cottage community is just 30 minutes from the capital, in the village of Petropavlivske (Petrivske) in Boryspil district. We offer duplexes of 85 and 95 m² and cottages of 95, 110, and 130 m². We designed modern house facades with panoramic windows that add coziness and comfort. The community covers 5 hectares in a picturesque village near the capital and includes 86 homes. Duplexes and cottages have private land plots from 3 to 6 sotkas. All necessary infrastructure will be located in a 500 m² commercial building near the main entrance.
