ЖК Dnipro Island

Dnipro Island is a comfort-class residential complex by Kreator-Bud on Osokorkы, near the Dnieper River. The project comprises four low-rise buildings on a landscaped 4.5-hectare site. Each building features distinct architecture, creating a unique living experience in an organic environment. Buildings include autonomous heating, energy-efficient windows, and enhanced insulation. The complex is located near Berkovshchyna Bay—a quiet area away from main traffic flows. River Mall shopping center is just 800 m away. The courtyard features a square with a dry lake, rest areas, sports and children's playgrounds. Ground floors house a café, pharmacy, restaurant, sports club, and commercial spaces. Residents enjoy cycling paths and walking trails. The dry lake (rain lake) in the square is a specially designed basin with stone that fills with water during rainfall and slowly drains underground.
