ЖК Forward

Modern megacity residents have diverse lifestyles. Those seeking to live downtown lead active lives. We believe that housing for proactive citizens is an integral part of their dynamic lifestyle. ЖК Forward resonates with its future progressive residents. We create an active lifestyle, not just a residential complex. More than a place to rest and relax—a space for comprehensive personal development. Our vision is to build housing that becomes a community of like-minded people accustomed to living dynamically. The complex features modern security systems and video surveillance. Opposite ЖК Forward is the cozy «Старт» stadium, ideal for team sports, morning runs, or family walks. The stadium will be fully reconstructed soon. Preschools, schools, lyceums, and a gymnasium are within walking distance. Residents easily reach the complex by car—10 minutes to downtown. Public transport stops nearby connect to the city center and surrounding areas. The nearest metro station, Lukyanivska, is a 10-minute walk away.
