KM "O.Krasa" is a large cottage community in Irpin (Kyiv region) located on a riverbank. The project is positioned as a "city within a city" focusing on modern low-rise architecture and its own developed infrastructure. KM O.Krasa is designed around a 15-minute accessibility principle — a well-planned route leads to every facility. The main arteries are the embankment and canals forming a "framework" hosting the city’s key infrastructure. Cafes, shops, bars, and a boutique gallery line both sides of the canal connected by bridges. And no cars nearby. Imagine that! The project includes a full urban ecosystem: - school, kindergarten, and development center; - medical and SPA centers, sports complex with a pool; - grand canal with promenade, lake, embankment, parks, and vineyards; - coworking spaces for comfortable remote work.
