Мікрорайон Таїровські сади

The Tairovski Sady neighborhood is one of the largest and most innovative projects in southern Ukraine. Over 100 top designers, architects, urban planners, and builders worked on the project for one and a half years. The neighborhood is located within Nebesnoi Sotni Avenue and Ilfa, Petrova, and Williams streets. According to urban planning documents approved in 2005–2006, this area was designated for high-rise development. The land directly adjoins the city and will be its organic extension. One of the most unique neighborhoods in southern Ukraine — Tairovski Sady — will be built here. The plan includes seven residential complexes with unique infrastructure. Tairovski Sady is a space of the future: electric buses, a contemporary art gallery, and special parking for electric cars. A key advantage is the wide variety of layouts, from smart apartments to large scenic apartments with private terraces.
