ЖК WMisto

Introducing WDiagonal — an open promenade that flows through the entire WMisto residential complex, uniting it into one living system. WMisto's concept draws from one of Europe's most influential urban models — Barcelona's grid of city blocks, created in the 19th century by urban planner Ildefonso Cerdà. The principle is simple and brilliant: buildings form a clear structure, while space between them opens for light, greenery, and urban life. At WMisto, this idea is reimagined through contemporary architecture. Buildings create a system of private courtyards with three-level security, while WDiagonal — a 420-meter pedestrian promenade — runs through the entire quarter, connecting green zones and gathering spaces. Here, architecture, nature, and urban rhythm work together, creating an environment that lives every day — together with you.
